1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Tri State Executive Transportation Service Inc ("ETS") provides luxury ground transportation services including executive black car service, airport transfers, limousine service, and special event transportation in Indianapolis and the Tri-State area.
3. Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of booking confirmation. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the trip cost. No-shows will be charged the full trip amount.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a corporate account or pre-payment arrangement has been established. We accept all major credit cards. Rates quoted are exclusive of gratuity. A standard gratuity of 18-20% is customary but not mandatory.
5. Wait Time and Additional Charges
Airport pickups include a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes after flight arrival. Non-airport pickups include a 15-minute grace period. Additional wait time is billed at the applicable hourly rate. Tolls, parking fees, and other out-of-pocket expenses will be passed through to the client.
6. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles. Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. ETS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any passenger who poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
ETS is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. ETS carries full commercial liability insurance as required by the State of Indiana.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes shall be resolved in Marion County, Indiana.
9. Privacy and SMS Policy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
